| PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS |

Develops basic motor skills, builds self-confidence, and challenges the children to learn while
having fun. Creative movement, perceptual motor control, eye-hand and foot coordination skills,
and simple gymnastic elements will be utilized to further the learning experience. The program
includes musical warm-ups, obstacle courses, fun in inflatables, ball activities and much more!
Parent/Tot: 15 months - 3 years • Tumble Tots: 3 4 years • Kindergym: 4 1⁄2 6 years

Our ballet and tap classes introduce the joys of movement and many forms of music to allow the dancers
a discovery of rhythmical ways to express themselves in dance. The emphasis is on fun while
encouraging a discipline in ballet and tap. A dance routine will be performed at the GymFest.
This is a great dance class experience without the recital expense.
Ballet/Tap/Gym I: 3, 4 & 5 years old • Ballet/Tap Gym II: 6 years old and up

Geared towards teaching more specific gymnastic skills through a series of learning progressions.
Flexibility, strength, balance, agility, and body awareness are some benefits your child will gain.
These skills will not only lead to more advanced gymnastic skills, but are essential for all sports.
Boys Class: 1st grade 13 years • Kidnast I: 1st grade 8 years • Kidnast 11: 9 - 12 years
Teen Class: 13 - 15 years • Advanced Classes: Must be teacher recommended

| SPORTS CONDITIONING |

This class does not teach gymnastic skills. We use our gymnastics equipment for plyometrics,
strengthening, flexibility, balance, coordination and body awareness and cardio. Circuits
are set up specific exercises to address the areas we are working on that day. Participant gets a
total body workout by rotating each station. Ages: 5 - 9 years old
